Recuse,
To disqualify or remove oneself as a judge over a particular proceeding because of one’s conflict of interest. Recusal, or the judge’s act of disqualifying himself or herself from presiding over a proceeding, is based on the Maxim that judges are charged with a duty of impartiality in administering justice.
Generally, a judge must recuse themself if they have a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party to the lawsuit or has personal knowledge of the facts that are disputed in the proceeding.
With this in mind, you would think that the two justices that are Obama appointees to the SCOTUS would recuse themselves from any case where they would be shown to be affected by the outcome.
For example, KERCHNER, CHARLES, ET AL. V. OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF U.S., ET AL.
in summary:

1. Whether petitioners sufficiently articulated a case or controversy against respondents which gives them Article III standing to make their Fifth Amendment due process and equal protection claims against them.

2. Whether putative President Obama can be an Article II “natural born Citizen” if he was born in the United States to a United States citizen mother and a non-United States citizen British father and under the British Nationality Act 1948 he was born a British citizen.

3. Whether putative President Obama and Congress violated petitioners’ Fifth Amendment due process rights to life, liberty, safety, security, tranquility, and property and Ninth Amendment rights by Congress failing to assure them pursuant to the Twentieth Amendment that Obama qualified as an Article II “natural born Citizen” before confirming his electoral votes and by Obama refusing to conclusively prove that he is a “natural born Citizen.”

4. Whether Congress violated petitioners’ rights under the Fifth Amendment to equal protection of their life, liberty, safety, security, tranquility, and property by investigating and confirming the “natural born Citizen” status of presidential candidate, John McCain, but not that of presidential candidate, Barack Obama.
If Obama was to be shown to to inelligible to hold the office of the POTUS; all appointments and every law he signed would be invalid, including the appointment of the two justices that ruled against the writ of certiorari in this case this morning.

By their not recusing themselves from this case, they have not only allowed the highest court in the land to participate in a miscarriage of justice but they have validated the usurping of our government and has confirmed that we are now no longer a nation of laws but are a nation being ruled by a oligarchy of radical statists hell bent on dismantling our constitutional republic one legislative act at a time. This is treason, make no mistake about it.

You know of course that Al Gore is heavily invested in green technologies and by his fear mongering and enviro calamity chicken little promotion he stands to make millions of dollars, right? Now who do you think of when it comes to the UK’s version of Al Gore… Prince Charles of course. Chuck has been ratcheting up his enviro fear mongering climate change bullshit for awhile now…at first I just wrote it off as his being an inbred imbecile with a do-gooder complex… how wrong I was… Chuck and the Queen’s royal holdings stand to make 100’s of millions of pounds by pushing this green energy agenda onto the British people. You see, the big push is for off shore wind farms because wind farms on land are an eyesore… guess who owns the sea bed?

Was it that long ago that America fought for its independence and freedom? Yeah; it has been a little over 200 years and apparently it has been long enough for a lot of people to forget how valuable freedom is.

Most American citizens do not know what it is like to live in a country that is not free and maybe that is part of the problem. Many of us have truly begun to take our liberties for granted.

Think of all the men and women that have served in the armed forces for the last couple of hundred years. Think of how many have given their lives so that we may remain free. Are their lives not worth something?

We see pictures of the atrocities that man imposes upon other men and we have heard horror stories of men enslaving others. Sometimes we hear about societies inflicting great genocides to wipe out entire populations of countries but we have been spared these horrors.

Our fighting men and women have sacrificed and given their lives so that we have not had to endure the horrors of tyranny. Yet; there are many people that want to overturn our way of life! For what?!

Is it not sad—that today politicians and liberals place so little value on our freedom and what it has cost that they are willing to give away citizenship in the hopes of future votes?

Politicians and liberals are contemplating the action to grant amnesty to those people that have INVADED our country and have violated our laws. Most politicians and Liberals call these people “illegal aliens” to be politically correct. When did it become fashionable to break the laws of the United States Constitution?

Citizenship is not something that should be given away like a prize in a box of cracker jacks! Too many people have died and sacrificed to make this country what it is and citizenship is something that is valuable and earned!

It almost seems like we are playing a weird kind of Hide-N-Seek where if you get into the United States you are free and on home base. Once you are on home base then you are entitled to all the privileges of citizenship; this is wrong!

Why should people be able to slink into our country in the cover of night and be granted immediate amnesty? What about those people who are trying to become citizens and are going through the formalities to do it legally?

Do you remember when saying the Pledge of Allegiance meant something? Do you remember when you got chills running up your spine when you heard the Star Spangled Banner? If you do not have some memory of this; then our armed forces are truly dying in vain!

My family has lost many cousins, uncles and grandparents in the World Wars and the recent conflicts. It saddens me to think that their lives were given for a Nation whose politicians are willing to give it away!

Just as our education system is dummying down true education; we seem to be diluting the meaning and value of citizenship!
